A fellow Brooklynite, Yossi’s expertise comes at the heels of his creative spirit, possessing an innate appreciation of clean lines and artistic prisms. Yossi’s space planning acuity and his partial obsession with still life and grassroots have shaped his career path toward aesthetics and urban layouts.

Clients find Yossi’s attitude refreshing and his designs, epic. With laser-sharp attention to even the most minuscule of details, every rendering is analyzed for maximum spatial performance and usage.

Ever since his launch back in 2014, Yossi’s reputation has landed him the contractual design agreements for many multi-family dwellings and other projects well beyond the residential spectrum. As an executive manager for 2 large scale real estate firms, Yossi’s responsibilities included construction and renovation of high-end multi-family units.

As the only NY based designer offering comprehensive spec books per design project, Yossi’s clients gain the advantage of involvement with a professional approach.

The books outline paint colors, hardware, mouldings and faucet varieties, among other specifications of choice. The firm’s standard client books may include up to 100 pages of custom options and supplier contacts, effectively reducing client costs and timeframes with invaluable data and compartmentalized selections.

Larger projects may involve spec books which top 500+ pages, including automated material takeoffs for precision-oriented data involving square footage, cost and quantity per selection.
