The role
We’re looking for a Lead Designer.
A designer with a strong body of work, real experience behind them, and the confidence to take ownership of large-scale projects from beginning to end.
You know how to make big decisions — and you have the knowledge to stand behind them. You can lead a team, direct the process, manage quality, and keep standards high even when the pressure is on.
You’re comfortable working with demanding projects and discerning families. Residential or commercial, you understand how to shift gears without losing clarity, control, or attention to detail.
You know the terminology, understand the codes, and have enough experience with materials, construction, and execution to know that design goes far beyond pretty fabrics and glossy swatches.
You take real pleasure in design, but you also take pride in leadership — teaching, guiding, and helping the people around you become stronger designers.
We’re looking for someone who has already built a strong career and is ready for what comes next.
Someone with a strong past and an even stronger future.
If you’ve crossed the line from starry-eyed creative to established professional, reach out. And don’t let our high expectations deter you. We’re human too.
