We fully design one key room first. Once it's right, it sets the rhythm for the rest of the house.
Renderings
You'll see your home in vivid detail before a single piece of furniture arrives, no guessing what the finished space will actually look like.
Construction Documents
Every decision gets translated into precise instructions for your contractors and trades, protecting the design once construction begins.
Construction Administration
This is where most of the real work happens, and where we stay most involved. We're on site, answering contractor questions, keeping the design intact as decisions come up in real time.
Procurement
While construction moves forward, we're sourcing, ordering, and tracking every piece on your behalf, so nothing gets missed and nothing shows up late.
Installation
Every piece is delivered and placed exactly where it belongs, positioned, leveled, connected. This is where the design becomes physical.
Styling
Then come the final layers, art hung, shelves arranged, the small details that make a house feel like the one you actually live in.
